How to reduce air bubbles from the baked bread?

Answer:

Increase the mixing period of the dough to a minimum of one hour as this is what suits the environmental condition of the area (Negambo in Sri Lanka) the enquirer resides in. Also reduce the amount of yeast used in preparing the bread.

The apt combination of yeast is eight grams for one kilogram of rice used in preparing the bread.
